Leadership Academy is an opportunity for rising leaders to learn skills they need to increase their leadership impact on their chapter and on campus. A dynamic multi-day development program, Leadership Academy is rooted in Phi Tau's core pillars of brotherhood, leadership, and character-building.
Attendees will learn and explore their natural, innate strengths and can expect a wide variety of programming, including outdoor activities, collaborative team-building exercises, and meaningful leadership development.

Participants leave with confidence and readiness to take on leadership roles within their chapters and on their campuses. Armed with a deep understanding of Phi Kappa Tau's mission and vision, attendees are challenged to enact positive change and uphold the fraternity's values.
Leadership Academy attendees make a difference and set their chapters up for future success. Each chapter is expected to send two men. Chapter educational grant funds are typically available to cover ~90% of travel costs to the program thanks to the support of generous alumni through the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation.
