Taking place every January in a major city (such as Chicago, IL), Zenith Officer Institute is Phi Kappa Tau's largest officer training program intended for Chapter Presidents, Recruitment Chairmen, Membership Orientation Officers, and Treasurers. Chapters are expected to send all four of their newly elected or returning officers to the program.
This is an incredibly important and valuable National conference for newly elected chapter officers, as they focus as a team to begin co-creating a strategic application plan for the coming semester. They:
Share collective thoughts, perspectives, and ideas from what they learn in their specific role-based sessions
Discuss the current and ideal state of their chapter and what they might do, specifically and as a supportive officer team, to help make it happen
As the officer team, write down specific things to do, and/or actions to take immediately, to execute their roles with excellence and improve the chapter
Chapter educational grant funds are typically available to cover ~90% of travel costs to the program thanks to the support of generous alumni through the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation.
