Borradaile Challenge: 12 Performance Categories

Week Five: Associate Member Program

The Borradaile Challenge is Phi Kappa Tau’s national accreditation and quality standards program used to annually assess and track the performance of its undergraduate chapters. Its main purpose is to ensure a quality fraternity experience.

Associate Members are the newest members of the chapter...so...it is here where the greatest potential for incremental gains exists! Associate Members who get involved, actively and often, and show authentic passion for high chapter performance, can have the greatest positive impact and help a chapter attain status among the elite!

Chapters seeking recognition among the elite break down the Borradaile Challenge’s 12 performance categories and build actionable strategies to exceed expectations and aim for “Order of the Star.” Performance is evaluated over the course of a calendar year and falls into one of three standings for each: Meets Expectations, Exceeds Expectations, or Outstanding.
